Constitution Day - Who is a Citizen?

Who Is a Citizen?

This Constitution Day, invite your students to explore one of the most important questions in our constitutional democracy: Who should be considered a citizen under the Constitution, and who has the authority to decide?

Our new Grades 9–12 Constitutional Democracy Inquiry uses Trump v. Barbara (2026) to help students examine history, constitutional meaning, government authority, competing perspectives, and democratic participation.

Different paths. Shared question. Shared democratic practice.
