What Does the Constitution Say About Voting? Constitution Day is the kick off for a series of professional development opportunities for teachers to work with and learn from legal scholars and historians to enrich their understanding of both historical and present-day issues and controversies surrounding voting and elections.

How can we build on the current social movements going on around us that will create meaningful, legal change?

The More Perfect Union Summer Institute is a virtual professional development opportunity designed specifically for middle school teachers who want to increase their knowledge of the Constitution  and make the Constitution come alive for their students. The session will feature dynamic lessons and strategies that will show students how the Constitution applies to their lives. The Institute will feature resources about the Constitution along with classroom-ready materials.
