 d Illinois policy 'should Illinois pass a law restricting minors from usin
 g social media without parental consent?'  After listening to a panel of e
 xperts\, students will break into smaller groups to choose and defend a po
 sition on the topic they studied in their curriculum and those discussed d
 uring the panel discussion.\n\nThere is a $150.00 registration fee per sch
 ool. Those students wishing to attend on their own will be charged a $15 r
 egistration fee.
