 emocratic society.  This year's Summit participants will discuss 'should v
 oting be mandatory for all eligible voters?'  After listening to a panel o
 f experts\, students will break into smaller groups to choose and defend a
  position on the topic they studied in their curriculum and those discusse
 d during the panel discussion.\n\nThere is a $150.00 registration fee per 
 school. Those students wishing to attend on their own will be charged a $1
 5 registration fee.
