 from religious exceptions to COVID-19 restrictions and vaccine requirement
 s to demands for equal public funding for religious education. At the same
  time\, the Supreme Court has been simultaneously expanding constitutional
  free exercise rights\, while at the same time limiting Establishment Clau
 se restrictions on government support of religion. Professor Steve Schwinn
  will explore the policy\, politics\, and constitutional law of religion r
 ights\, and how we can incorporate these discussions into the classroom.
