 asive\, and analyze a related law or public policy using  Constitutional D
 emocracy Project's curriculum materials. This conference brings students t
 ogether to deliberate the constitutional issue and discuss policy applicat
 ions with peers from a variety of school settings. This year's case is New
  York State Rifle & Pistol Association\, Inc. v. City of New York\,  a maj
 or Second Amendment case that centers on whether the Constitution guarante
 es the right to carry guns outside the home.\n\nThe pre-conference worksho
 p will be help virtually on zoom in October.
