 lebrated? Why are federal organizations targeted if they promote diversity
  initiatives?\n\nCreating an Inclusive Democracy\n\nThe 2021 Annual Confer
 ence for Teachers in Civics\, Law\, and Government\, themed “Creating an I
 nclusive Democracy\,” addresses the tensions that define modern American l
 ife. It offers resources dealing with current challenges to individual lib
 erties\, the legal system\, the electoral system\, and fundamental democra
 tic institutions. The 2021 conference offers teachers an opportunity to di
 scuss these challenges with other teachers and explore ways to promote a m
 ore inclusive vision of our democracy.
